Thank you for sharing your experiences. It brought back happy memories for me – I was on the Liverpool Uni Peru project in the late 1970s specialising in geochemical studies of the coastal and Cordillera Blanca batholiths. Unfortunately I left it all behind and have been a software engineer for the past 35 years!
